If a telephone number is requested on a marketing or information-request form, providing it may be optional unless otherwise indicated. Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.

pilots and customers;
aircraft;
fueling transactions;
fuel inventory;

We refer to this information as “Customer Operational Data.”
Our business customers determine what Customer Operational Data they choose to submit to RunwaySync and the business purposes for which they collect and use that information. RunwaySync processes Customer Operational Data as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services in accordance with our agreements and this Privacy Policy.
If your personal information was submitted to RunwaySync by an FBO, airport, employer, or other RunwaySync customer, that organization may be responsible for determining how and why your information is collected and used. In those circumstances, certain privacy requests may need to be directed to that organization.

Payments for RunwaySync services are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified to you.
RunwaySync does not store full payment-card numbers.
Our payment processor may provide us with information related to a payment or subscription, such as:
billing contact information;
payment status;
subscription information;
transaction identifiers; and
limited payment-method information, such as card brand or the last four digits of a payment card.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website or services, our systems and service providers may automatically process certain technical and usage information, such as:
Internet Protocol (IP) address;
browser type;
operating system;

other technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve our services.
Not all of this information is necessarily retained by RunwaySync or associated with an identifiable individual.
Our public website uses Framer's built-in analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and usage. Framer Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies or persistent identifiers and provides anonymized website-usage information.
We also use Google Search Console to understand how our website appears and performs in Google Search.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information about you from third parties when you choose to interact with RunwaySync through those services.
For example, if you submit a RunwaySync Lead Gen Form through LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to submit through that form.
We may also receive information from providers involved in payments, communications, scheduling, authentication, website services, or other aspects of our business.
2. How We Use Information

3. Product Improvement, Aggregated Data, and AI-Assisted Features
RunwaySync may use service-usage information, system telemetry, feedback, and aggregated or de-identified information to analyze, develop, test, maintain, secure, and improve our products and services.
These activities may include research, analytics, benchmarking, feature development, and the development or evaluation of automated, machine-learning, or artificial-intelligence-assisted features.
When we aggregate or de-identify information, we take reasonable measures intended to prevent the information from being associated with an identifiable individual or customer, and we may use such information for legitimate business and product-development purposes.
RunwaySync does not use identifiable Customer Operational Data or customer-submitted content to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models unless the applicable customer has expressly agreed to or directed that use.
RunwaySync may process Customer Operational Data using automated or AI-assisted technologies when necessary to provide features or services requested or enabled by the customer.
We do not permit third-party artificial-intelligence providers to use identifiable Customer Operational Data to train their general-purpose models for their own independent purposes.
4. Sales Follow-Up and Marketing Communications
If you request information, a demonstration, a brochure, a trial, or other assistance, we may use the contact information you provide to respond to that request and reasonably follow up with you regarding your inquiry and relevant RunwaySync products or services.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in recurring automated marketing campaigns where we have represented that separate consent will be obtained.
Where applicable, we will ask separately before enrolling you in ongoing promotional email or promotional text-message communications.
If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by contacting us.
If you choose to receive promotional text messages, you may withdraw your consent using the opt-out instructions provided in those messages or by contacting us.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications that are reasonably necessary to:
provide a service you use;
administer or secure your account;
complete a transaction;
provide customer support; or
respond to a request you initiated.
5. Text Messaging Privacy
If you provide RunwaySync with a mobile telephone number, we may use that number for purposes disclosed to you when it is collected, including responding to requests or providing communications associated with RunwaySync services.
Mobile telephone numbers and text-message opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile telephone numbers and related opt-in information to service providers, such as communications providers, only as reasonably necessary for them to provide messaging or related services on our behalf.
If you opt in to recurring promotional RunwaySync text messages:
message frequency may vary;
message and data rates may apply;
consent is not a condition of purchasing or using RunwaySync;
you may reply STOP to opt out; and
you may reply HELP for assistance where supported.
Withdrawal of consent to receive promotional text messages does not affect service-related communications that may otherwise be permitted by law.
6. How We Disclose Information

7. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
RunwaySync does not sell or rent personal information.
We do not disclose customer personal information to third parties for their own unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.
In particular, as described above, mobile telephone numbers and text-message consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice, consent, or choices required by applicable law.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:
request access to personal information we maintain about you;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of certain information;
