Our journey
Born on the ramp. Built for the people who keep aviation moving.
RunwaySync began with conversations — not code.
Before a single screen was designed, we spent time with the people doing the work: the ramp attendants coordinating fueling, the line technicians responding to radio calls, and the FBO managers keeping everything running.
What we heard was clear: too many tools were complicated, disconnected, or priced out of reach.
So we set out to build something different — modern, affordable, and focused entirely on making daily operations easier.
Our Philosophy
At RunwaySync, we believe technology should serve people, not slow them down.
Every feature we design starts with one question: does this make our users’ lives easier?
We’re passionate about turning complex processes into intuitive, streamlined tools that feel effortless to use — even on the busiest day on the ramp.
Where aviation experience meets modern engineering.
RunwaySync is designed by aviation and software professionals who have lived the challenges of FBO operations—and know how to make technology that truly helps.
Cam brings more than twenty years of software-engineering experience and a career spent turning complex systems into simple, elegant tools that make people’s work easier. Before founding RunwaySync, he led research and engineering at Loveland Innovations, advancing computer-vision and machine-learning solutions that automated structure analysis and image-based reporting. His earlier work at Xactware, Walmart, and BYU-Idaho ranged from building large-scale estimation engines to designing interactive mapping and 3-D modeling systems. Holding a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from BYU, Cameron combines deep technical expertise with a builder’s mindset—patented innovations, published research, and multiple hackathon awards reflect his drive to explore and refine.
Driven by a passion for clarity and efficiency, Cam thrives on bringing order out of chaos—transforming messy processes into technology that is reliable, intuitive, and built to serve the people who use it. His belief that powerful simplicity leads to better outcomes is at the heart of RunwaySync’s design philosophy and the experience it delivers.
